Therence Bois

Therence Bois is an experienced professional in the fields of venture capital and biomedical research. Currently serving as a Board Member at Front Row Ventures and as Vice President of Strategy at Valence Labs, Therence Bois has a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded both Valence Labs and Umiko, an ag-tech startup. Additionally, Therence Bois acts as an Investment Scout for Lightspeed Venture Partners and has been a PhD candidate in Molecular and Cellular Medicine at the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal since May 2016, focusing on projects related to oncology and neurodegeneration. Therence Bois holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Molecular & Cellular Medicine and has previously earned a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
