Melika Ghaznavirad

Melika Ghaznavirad is a PhD candidate at the Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute, specializing in brain development, with a focus on research that has long been of interest. Previously, Melika completed a Master 2 thesis on brain metabolism and neuronal activity at the Institute of Biology Paris-Seine and engaged in a summer school program at the Institut du Cerveau, enhancing skills in scientific entrepreneurship. Additional experience includes volunteering for the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies and conducting a Master 1 thesis on neural stem cell interaction at the Institut de la Vision. Melika has also participated in a workshop on model organisms at CNRS and served as a Research and Development Assistant at MimPharma. Early work experience involved an internship at Shariati Hospital's Cell-Based Therapy Research laboratory. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Neuroscience from Sorbonne Université, a Master's degree in Life Science and Health from Université Paris-Saclay, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Tehran.
