Thibaud Voïta, Ph.D., serves as a Research Fellow at Ifri - Institut français des relations internationales since November 2017. Previously, Thibaud Voïta held the position of Head of Knowledge Products at the NDC Partnership from May 2018 to September 2022, focusing on climate mainstreaming in sectoral policies and energy transitions. Experience includes a role as a Clean Energy Expert with Sustainable Energy for All, leading the development of energy efficiency policies globally and managing collaborative programs involving various stakeholders. Additional contributions were made as an Energy Policy Analyst at the OECD, and Thibaud Voïta has also held consulting positions across multiple organizations, specializing in energy efficiency and climate change.
