Milo Rignell serves as the Head of the Digital Program and Resident Fellow for AI and Emerging Technologies at Institut Montaigne, a leading French think tank, where policy work focuses on AI, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure. Rignell has also led the innovation program, developing the popular online AI literacy course, Destination AI, and previously held roles including Chief of Staff at the think tank and Co-Founder of the EdTech startup Teech. Rignell's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and a SERI Summer Research Fellowship at Stanford University focusing on AI governance. Additionally, Rignell is a committee member for JTC 21 "Artificial Intelligence" at CEN and CENELEC.
