Jacob Kohav

Jacob Kohav is currently a Doctoral Student at INSA Rennes, focusing on the efficiency and security of code debloating using large language models (LLMs). Previously, Jacob served as an Instructor at INSA, teaching databases and leading practical seminars. Jacob's experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at Inria, where project contributions involved programming language detection capabilities. From March 2021 to April 2025, Jacob held multiple positions at Lockheed Martin, ultimately as Acting Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading AI/ML integration projects and developing frameworks for AI model efficiency testing. Jacob's academic background features a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and ongoing Master's studies in Data Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, alongside a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Following this, Jacob is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at INSA Rennes.
