Natalia Konovalova

Natalia Konovalova is a PhD student in the UC Berkeley-UCSF Joint Bioengineering Program, focusing on the integration of AI and engineering methods for clinical and biomedical applications. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Specialist at the University of California, San Francisco, where a physics-guided 4D Flow MRI segmentation pipeline was developed and cerebrovascular reserve analysis was led. As a Research Specialist at the UCSF Center for Intelligent Imaging, an anomaly detection AI assistant was created to aid in radiology diagnoses. Natalia's earlier career includes product management positions at VK, Home Credit and Finance Bank, Bright Box, Sberbank, and Yandex, where impactful AI-driven products and development processes were launched. Education includes a forthcoming PhD from UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Biomedical Imaging from UCSF, and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
