Jean-Claude Sirard

Jean-Claude Sirard is a distinguished research director at the Institut Pasteur de Lille and a project leader at the Center for Infection and Immunity of Lille, focusing on the development of innovative immunotherapies against infections and the mechanisms of mucosal adjuvants in vaccination. With a career spanning over three decades, Jean-Claude has held various positions, including research assistant, post-doctoral fellow, and team leader at Inserm and ISREC. Jean-Claude's academic background includes a Master's degree in Microbiology from Pierre and Marie Curie University, complemented by extensive research on innate immunity, anti-infection vaccines, and the molecular microbiology of Bacillus anthracis.
