Mara Baldry is a scientific manager at Institut Pasteur de Lille since March 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including postdoctoral researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Copenhagen from 2012 to 2019, focusing on antivirulence therapy targeting Staphylococcus aureus. Additional research experience includes visiting researcher positions at Chiba University Hospital and Wageningen UR, where extensive investigations into therapeutic potentials and immune-modulatory profiles of anti-virulence compounds were conducted. Prior to academic roles, Mara held clinical research positions at Merck, Novartis, and SIRO Clinpharm, specializing in clinical trial monitoring and drug safety.
