Indra Gunawan

Teaching Fellow at Institut Teknologi Bandung

Indra Gunawan is a seasoned geology professional currently serving as a Teaching Fellow at Institut Teknologi Bandung since October 2013. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Student at the Southeast Asia Research Group, Royal Holloway University of London from January 2010 to December 2013, where research focused on siliciclastic sedimentation in West Papua, Indonesia. Indra previously worked as a Geologist at the Geodinamic Laboratory, Institut Teknologi Bandung, and as a Geoscientist at Medcoenergi E&P Indonesia, addressing fault seal analysis. Indra's career began as staff at the Sandbox Modelling Laboratory at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where sandbox models were generated. Indra holds a PhD in Geology and an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from Royal Holloway, University of London, as well as a BSc in Geology from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
