Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer Richardson, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Title IX Coordinator at the Institute for Advanced Study. With a background in human resources spanning over two decades, Jennifer has held key positions at various companies including Marlin Capital Solutions, Kahn Lucas, TD Bank, and Advertising Specialty Institute. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McDaniel College, a Certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, and Jennifer is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at McDaniel College.
