Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer Richardson is currently the CHRO and Title IX Coordinator at the Institute for Advanced Study. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions at Marlin Capital Solutions, Kahn Lucas, and TD Bank.

Jennifer has a proven track record of being a strategic partner to senior leadership in order to drive the human capital agenda and achieve operational excellence. Jennifer is an expert in recruiting and retaining top talent, as well as managing employee relations. Jennifer has also created and facilitated new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has fostered positive work environments and employment brands while navigating changes in the business. Jennifer is a proven leader in the Human Resources field and their experience will be a valuable asset to the Institute for Advanced Study.

Jennifer Richardson has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McDaniel College and a Certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University. Jennifer also has certification from ATIXA in Title IX Coordinator Five: Bias and Cultural Competenices, SHRM in SHRM-CP, HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR, and SHRM in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
