Jude Capper

Jude Capper is currently a Professor and ABP Chair of Sustainable Beef and Sheep Production at Harper Adams University. Jude (Judith) is also the Livestock Sustainability Consultant at Livestock Sustainability Consultancy and holds the position of Treasurer and Board Member at the NATIONAL BEEF ASSOCIATION. Additionally, Jude (Judith) is a Liveryman at the Worshipful Company of Butchers, Vice-Chair of Green Apprenticeships Advisory Panel at the Institute for Apprenticeships, and Chair of Route Panel for Agriculture, Environment and Animal Care. With a background in dairy sciences, animal biology, and ruminant nutrition, Jude has a wealth of experience in research, teaching, and industry engagement.
