Steve Haddad

Steve Haddad serves as the Chief Development Officer at the Institute for Citizens & Scholars since July 2022, where responsibilities include cultivating talent and promoting active citizenship in America. Previously, Steve held senior roles at organizations such as New Leaders Org, Aspen Music Festival and School, and Sangha Solutions, focusing on strategic philanthropic development, major gift fundraising, and advancing educational and equity initiatives. With extensive experience in resource development and organizational leadership, Steve has effectively increased funding streams and enhanced donor relations across various nonprofit sectors. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Speech Communication and Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, along with specialized training from EntreQuest, the Institute for Charitable Giving, and Pentera.
