Keara Nicholson

Keara Nicholson is currently working as the Community Experience Manager at The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Keara was a Small Business Owner of Vivid Theophany, an affordable luxury jewelry brand that empowers women. Keara also worked at Paycom from June 2019 to June 2022, where Keara held the position of HR Pre-Employment Specialist. Keara has experience in HR onboarding, assistance, and private tutoring. Keara is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from the University of Oklahoma and has a background in marketing. Additionally, Keara has been involved in various organizations such as Delta Sigma Pi and the Multicultural Business Program.
