Monica Behncke serves as the Chief Product Officer at The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since August 2025, following a role as Chief Growth Officer at Iron Horse from August 2022 to September 2025. Previously, Monica held several senior positions at Forrester, including VP and Group Director of B2B Services, overseeing a team responsible for delivering best practice advice in sales, product, and marketing. Monica's extensive experience also includes significant roles at SiriusDecisions, where responsibilities spanned Executive Services and Demand Services, and leadership positions at AMD and Cisco Systems focusing on marketing strategy, growth campaigns, and revenue generation. Monica is the founder and former CEO of M-POWER GROUP INC and has also worked at IBM overseeing global software solutions. Monica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
