Shelly Arnett

Shelly Arnett has extensive experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources. Shelly currently works as a Membership Engagement Lead at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). Prior to this, Shelly served as a Volunteer at Southwoods Christian Church. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Lee Hecht Harrison, where they held positions such as VP, Talent Promoter | Account Manager to Talent Acquisition Leaders and Recruiting Specialist | Event Manager, Midwest Region. Shelly also worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Keypath Education from 2013 to 2018. Shelly'searlier experience includes roles at Black & Veatch, where they served as a Staffing Program Manager and was responsible for managing various programs such as college/university relations, onboarding/first-day experience, diversity/military outreach, and K-12 outreach.

Shelly Arnett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management with a minor in Communications from Emporia State University. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University. Shelly has also obtained numerous certifications through LinkedIn, including ones in customer success management, talent acquisition and retention, and nonprofit fundraising. Shelly has also completed professional development sessions on account management and communication through Ignite 2021, as well as other courses on Excel, self-compassion, and career planning.
