Stuart Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental chemistry and risk assessment. Serving as President of Environmental & Turf Services, Inc. since 1991, Stuart specializes in surface and ground water risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and water quality monitoring, particularly in relation to pesticides and nutrients. Additionally, as Chair of the TSCA Reform Dialog Group and Co-chair of the Public Outreach Committee at the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, Stuart engages in risk assessment education and outreach. Prior experience includes managerial responsibilities at Biospherics Inc., leadership of the Ground Water Team at the US EPA, and research roles at both the National Institutes of Health and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Stuart holds a Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry from The George Washington University and has pursued advanced studies in chemical carcinogenesis, immunology, and related fields.
