Anna Mikulska

Anna Mikulska is a seasoned academic and researcher specializing in energy policy and political science. Currently serving as a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses since February 2024, Anna previously held notable positions including Senior Fellow and Lecturer at the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, and Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. Additionally, Anna contributed to the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University in various roles, including Fellow in Energy Studies and Senior Research Analyst.
