Meghna Sharma

Meghna Sharma is an economist with extensive experience in research and analysis across various institutions. As a Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies since February 2023, Meghna has contributed to projects focused on employment-related topics. Previously, Meghna served as a Social Researcher at the Independent Schools Inspectorate and worked on systematic reviews and statistical analysis at UCL, examining risky behaviors among children using Millennium Cohort Study data. Meghna held positions at LEAD at Krea University as a Senior Research Associate and at the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights as a Consultant. Early career experiences include a Fellowship at Teach For India, project management for Model United Nations, and data management as a Management Trainee at Shuttl. Meghna's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Policy and Social Research from UCL and a Master's degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
