Ankur Shukla

Senior Research Scientist at Institute for Energy Technology

Ankur Shukla is a research scientist at the Institute for Energy Technology since August 2022, with prior experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from May 2020 to August 2022, specializing in cyber security, security assurance, cloud security, IoT security, and digital twins. Ankur also held a position as a postdoctoral fellow at ERCIM from April 2019 to April 2020, focusing on system security assurance, and served as an assistant professor at Indira Gandhi Engineering College, Sagar from January 2018 to March 2019. Earlier teaching experience includes a visiting faculty role at Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology in late 2012. Ankur obtained a PhD in Software Reliability from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) in Dhanbad between February 2013 and August 2017, a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Allahabad from 2007 to 2010.
