Anna Banel

Anna Banel is currently a Senior Scientist at the Institute for Energy Technology, where Anna is responsible for the daily operation of environmental monitoring and radiochemical laboratories. With a background in Analytical Chemistry, Anna has experience in optimizing GC-MS instruments, determining pollutants in various samples, and assessing environmental and economic impacts. Anna has also worked as a Scientist at NILU - Norwegian Institute for Air Research and completed their Ph.D. at Gdansk University of Technology. Their diverse experience includes positions as a Laboratory Assistant, Office Assistant, and Practicum Student in various environmental protection-related roles.
