Awwal Arigi

Awwal Arigi is a dedicated researcher currently employed at the Institute for Energy Technology since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Chosun University from September 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities involved preparing research proposals, participating in industry-led projects, presenting research at conferences, and teaching nuclear engineering courses. Earlier roles include Postdoc and Graduate Research Assistant positions at the Human Engineering and Risk Analysis Laboratory at Chosun University, focusing on literature reviews, research proposals, and technical report preparation. Awwal's career began as a Research Assistant at NAEC from January 2011 to August 2017, supporting training initiatives and collaborating with universities on nuclear engineering programs. Awwal holds a Doctor of Engineering in Nuclear Systems Engineering from Chosun University and a Master's degree in Nuclear Power Plant Engineering from KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna.
