As a Senior Facilitator and Coach at the Institute for Health and Human Potential since 2002, Peter has led programs focused on Emotional Intelligence and provided coaching for feedback tool participants. Formerly a member of The Institute for Performance and Learning and the Human Resources Professionals Association, Peter has contributed significantly to organizational development through roles at the Canadian Management Centre and other organizations. Peter holds a Master of Human Resource Development from University Associates and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, underscoring a strong foundation in human resources and leadership.
