Sandra Rayner serves as the Vice President of Product Development & Client Experience at the Institute for Health and Human Potential since July 2016, where responsibilities include leveraging emotional intelligence training and developing client experiences. Previously, Sandra held the position of Vice President of Product & Marketing at yconic, overseeing customer acquisition and engagement strategies. Additionally, Sandra has experience as a Business Consultant for Rayner Consulting, where work included advising individual pitchers on the CBC TV show "Dragons' Den." Early career roles included Shopper Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Limited, focused on customer-specific marketing, and Director of Client Services at Capelle Associates Inc., responsible for marketing strategy implementation. Sandra holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BA in History from the University of Waterloo.
