Kalani Gay

Kalani Gay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program operations, administrative support, and bilingual services. Currently serving as the Director of Program Operations at the Institute for Humane Studies since November 2021, Kalani has also held roles as Senior Manager and Operations Program Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes positions at the Museum of the Bible as Exhibits and Museum Curatorial Coordinator and Executive Assistant, and as a Legal Administrative Assistant at KCPS. Earlier roles include administrative support at The LIBRE Initiative and Unum, where responsibilities included managing a dedicated account for Spanish-speaking employees. Kalani holds a Master of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish/Linguistics from Bryan College, complemented by a certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
