Brian P. Creswick

Brian P. Creswick, Ed.D., is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and management within nonprofit and social impact sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the College Excellence Program at The Aspen Institute, Brian oversees human capital, finance, and fundraising initiatives. As the Founder and Consultant at Nancemond Holdings, LLC, Brian provided senior executive expertise and led a leadership transition at Chartis. Over a tenure of nearly 14 years at Chartis Federal, Brian held roles of Chief Operating Officer and Director, successfully expanding the organization’s reach and enhancing its service offerings. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Global Executive Ed.D. from USC Rossier School of Education, a Master’s in Systems Engineering from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University, supplemented by a graduate program in Leadership from Leadership Fairfax, Inc.
