Andi Genser

Andi Genser is a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice since September 2018, where leadership of a Practice Group for nonprofit leaders from Martha’s Vineyard occurs, focusing on practical organizational issues. In addition, Andi Genser has been operating a consulting practice for nonprofit organizations on Cape Cod since 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of WE CAN Corporation from March 2010 to June 2018, spearheading services that empower women across the Cape through various programs. Additionally, Andi Genser managed the BE SAFE program at the AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts from 2006 to 2010. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Wheelock College and undergraduate studies at Northwestern University.
