Cara Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content and learning design, currently serving as the Senior Lead at Mentora since March 2020, where a focus is on enhancing leadership and culture through innovative learning solutions. Cara has a proven track record in creating transformative learning experiences that demonstrate significant behavior change. Previous roles at Mentora include Team Lead for Curriculum, where 300 interactive learning tools were developed, and Senior Program Manager, responsible for managing diverse learning programs. Cara's earlier experience also includes a pivotal role at the Genpact Centre For Women's Leadership, co-designing a back-to-work training program for returning mothers, and serving as an Associate Analyst at EY.
