Lee Zoeller

Lee Zoeller currently serves as General Counsel for the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, a position held since January 2012, while also holding the role of State Tax Partner at Reed Smith LLP since February 2007, where leadership includes Global Chair of the Firm Finance Committee and Chair of the State Tax Group. Previously, Lee Zoeller was the President of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation from July 2009 to July 2010 and served as Chair of the State Tax Group at Dechert LLP from 1989 to 2007. Academic credentials include a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Pre Law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
