Ana Blumenthal

Ana Blumenthal has a diverse background in leadership development, dance therapy, activism, and academia. With a strong focus on promoting inclusive leadership, gender equality, and social change, Ana has held various roles in different organizations. Ana is currently the Head of DEI and Country Manager for North America at the Institute for Quality Leadership, where Ana leads training, workshops, and programs for leadership development. As the founder of Reflective Movement, Ana explores mind-body connections through movement and dance. Ana has also been involved in activism to end violence against women and girls and has experience in dance therapy and lecturing at universities. Ana is currently a PhD candidate in Philosophy at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
