Tanja is also the Founder & Chair of the European C-IQ Collective. Tanja is a faculty member at Leadership-Link, Institute for Quality Leadership, and Adventures with Agile. Additionally, Tanja works as a Partner at virtualcollaboration.works and as a Business Associate at CreatingWE Institute, IPO - Institute for Practical Psychology & Organisational Consultancy, and Personal Change Systems LLC. Prior to these roles, Tanja was a Business Associate at Liz Reusche Language Services LRLS from March 1997 to May 2018.
