David Radcliffe

David Radcliffe serves as the Faculty and Cyber Functional Lead at the Institute for Security Governance, where David leads cyber capability building efforts. Previously, David worked as a Strategist and Policy Advisor at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, specializing in Africa security policy, counterterrorism policy, security cooperation, and cyber strategy and policy. David holds multiple degrees including an MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
