James Ross is currently serving as the Principal for the Indo-Pacific Region at the Institute for Security Governance. James has extensive experience in international affairs and security cooperation, having held various roles at organizations such as the U.S Indo-Pacific Command, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, and US Army. James has a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Concord University. Additionally, James holds certificates in Korean and Japanese language and literature from Sogang University and the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
