Ruel Rombaoa

Ruel Rombaoa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, governance, and capacity development across various sectors including government and military. Currently serving as a Facilitator at the Institute for Solidarity in Asia since November 2017, Ruel has designed and delivered workshops on strategic internal communications for local government units and national agencies. Ruel has played pivotal roles in several projects, including the Dream Philippines 2046 Project and the Young Leadership Program in collaboration with the University of Asia and the Pacific. Previous positions held include Managing Director at Alpha Real-Consulting Philippines, Inc., Global Training Partner at Circa Logica Group, Head of the Defense Division at Alpha Aviation Group, and Chief of Staff at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Office for Strategic Studies. Ruel holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Philippine Military Academy.
