Ferdinando Buscema

Magician-in-residence, Foresight Training Facilitator at Institute for the Future

Ferdinando Buscema serves as a Guest Lecturer at Politecnico di Milano and Lehigh University, while also holding the position of Magician-in-Residence and Foresight Training Facilitator at the Institute for the Future. Experience includes a long-standing role as Experience Designer and Ambassador at Ferrari, and involvement as a TEDx Organizer & Curator with TED Conferences. Additionally, Ferdinando performs at The Magic Castle® and contributes to Boing Boing as a Happy Mutant. As a Partner and Senior Trainer at Training Factor, Ferdinando previously worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at PwC and as an Advisor for the Arts at The Fetzer Institute. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Istituto Superiore del Marketing and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università della Calabria, complemented by training in Neuro Linguistic Programming from MetaConsulting.
