As the President and Founder of Big Cardinal since December 2014, Ken leads the consultancy with a focus on research principles and innovation. Currently serving as a Research Affiliate at the Institute for the Future, Ken specializes in qualitative interviewing and analysis. Previous roles include Principal and Qualitative Lead at Metafo.re, VP of Cultural Strategy at sparks & honey, and Vice President of Qualitative Consulting at The Futures Company. Ken's career is marked by a commitment to understanding consumer behavior and trends, complemented by advanced education, including an MS in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a BFA in New Media from the School of Visual Arts.
