Kelland Thomas

Kelland Thomas serves as the Dean of the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at Stevens Institute of Technology and has held various positions at the University of Arizona School of Information from 1997 to May 2016, including Associate Director and Professor. At the University of Arizona, Kelland coordinated research and grant proposals, developed interdisciplinary courses in computing and art, and taught saxophone and music-related subjects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona and multiple degrees in music from the University of Michigan and Michigan State University, encompassing studies in Saxophone Performance and Music Theory.
