Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson serves as the Director of Supply and Demand Thought Leadership at the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning since September 2017, focusing on enhancing the organization's positioning and sustainability for forecasting professionals. In addition, Eric hosts the IBF on Demand Podcast, which features engaging discussions on demand planning and predictive analytics. Previous roles include Director of Supply and Demand Planning Operations & Strategy at Escalade Sports, where responsibilities included supply chain transformation, and Director of Sales and Operations Planning at Berry Plastics Corporation, where Eric developed a demand-driven organization. Additionally, Eric has extensive experience at Tempur Sealy International, leading global S&OP initiatives, and has held operational roles in smaller firms like Big Chief. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wright State University.
