Jacob (Yaki) Gold is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in regulatory oversight and audit management. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Accountant and Head of the Accounting & Finance Division at the Israel Securities Authority since October 2013, Jacob leads examinations of financial reports and authorizes prospectuses for public securities. Additionally, Jacob represents the Israel Securities Authority on the International Organization of Securities Commissions Committee and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Prior experience includes a managerial role at KPMG, where Jacob led audit teams, and academic positions at Tel-Aviv University, where Jacob contributed as an Academic Program Manager and instructor. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an LLB from Bar-Ilan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
