Chee Choon Chin

Chee Choon Chin currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman at MSM International Ltd since July 2024. In addition, Chee is a member of the Financial Reporting Committee at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since June 2022 and an Independent Director at Southern Alliance Mining Ltd since June 2020. Chee has held the position of Partner at Forvis Mazars in Singapore since December 2021 and previously worked as the Advisory Leader at Nexia TS from October 2018 to December 2021. Chee’s extensive experience also includes serving as Director at Nexia TS Public Accounting Corporation from September 2007 to December 2021, Independent Director at Versalink Holdings Limited from September 2014 to June 2020, Senior Manager at PwC Singapore from January 2006 to August 2007, Internal Audit Supervisor at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2003 to 2005, and Consultant at Deloitte Singapore from 2000 to 2003. Chee holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Leadership from the University of Oxford - Said Business School (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia (1994-1996).
