Jose Cortez

Jose Cortez currently serves as Visitor Services Supervisor at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston since June 2018, where responsibilities include providing insights on artworks, facilitating Pop-Up Talks, and ensuring safety and security for visitors and artworks. Previously, Jose worked as a Category Management Intern at Wayfair from January to July 2019, focusing on improving product assortment and curating sales events. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Boch Center and working as a Clerk at Stop & Shop. Jose pursued education through Year Up United and attended Bunker Hill Community College.
