Susan Steinway is an accomplished archivist and librarian with extensive experience in various roles within renowned organizations. Since May 2012, Susan has served as an Archivist at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Concurrently, Susan has been a tour guide at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston since January 2008. Previous experience includes roles as a Consulting Archivist at the Boston Children's Museum from 2011 to April 2013, and a team member for the Boston Stories Project from September 2006 to 2012. Susan's background also features a position as a Librarian at the Boston Children's Museum from August 2000 to June 2007, Research Director at Boston Magazine from 1986 to 1991, and Government Documents Librarian at the State Library of Massachusetts from 1980 to 1986. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Library Science from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Art History from Smith College.
