Nathier Jappie

Nathier Jappie is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member at the Institute of Directors South Africa since August 2023. Jappie is the Head of Africa at the Top Employers Institute, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Jappie worked at Drake International South Africa from April 2016 to July 2022 in various roles, including Area Manager for the Western Cape, Branch Manager in Cape Town, and Project Leader for Drake Africa. Jappie's earlier experience includes serving as Exec Head Hunter at Drake International South Africa from September 2012 to January 2016, and as Marketing Manager at Multi Projects Investments (Pty) Ltd for a brief period in 2011. Academic credentials include an NQF 7 degree in Management Development in Employment Services from the University of the Witwatersrand (2017-2018), a diploma in Staffing and Labour Practice from the African Professional Staffing Organisation (2013), and a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing along with a National Diploma in Marketing Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2009-2012).
