Ntsoaki Nsibanyoni

Ntsoaki Nsibanyoni serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Planning for Sub Sahara Africa at Visa since December 2023. With a robust background in finance and strategic leadership, Ntsoaki holds membership at the Institute of Directors South Africa and has been a trustee at the Siyanda Employee Trust, where notable accomplishments include the strategic oversight of a significant shares scheme. Previously, Ntsoaki led financial planning and analysis at Vodacom, driving revenue growth and strategic alignment, and contributed to commercial leadership at GE, transforming regional operations from an $800m to a $3 billion business. A foundational education includes an MBA from Milpark Business School and a BComm in Accounting from the University of Potchefstroom.
