Xolani Mpahlwa

Xolani Mpahlwa, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership and executive roles. Currently serving as a Board Sub-Committee Member at TETA RAIL CHAMBER and a Non Executive Board Member at AIDC, Xolani also holds key positions such as Quality R.O.I and Technology Executive at the Bureau for Quality Excellence Advancement and Business Chamber Director at Services SETA. Additionally, Xolani serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Southern African Society for Quality and is a technical assessor at the South African National Accreditation System. With a strong educational background, including a Master's in Business Administration and ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership, Xolani possesses a diverse skill set in project management, strategy, and quality assurance.
