Kaitlyn Mihalov, SHRM-CP, CADC, has a strong background in human resources with a focus on leadership and management roles. Kaitlyn currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Kovach Eye Institute from 2021 to 2023.

Kaitlyn also received an Associate's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Moraine Valley Community College from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) from the Illinois Certification Board, and they are a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Kaitlyn has completed various other certifications related to diversity, inclusion, communication, and bias training through LinkedIn. Kaitlyn Mihalov also has supervisor substance abuse training and is qualified to fit test/train users on Moldex respirators.
