Charles Williams

Geodynamic Modeller at GNS Science

Charles is a Geodynamic Modeller in the Earth Structure and Processes Department. His research interests include the development and usage of finite element codes for modelling problems in short-term crustal dynamics, including modelling of deformation and stress related to fault slip and magma movement. He also does inverse problems related to fault slip as well as generating synthetic earthquake catalogs using earthquake simulators.
