Lynley Smith

Lynley Smith has over 25 years of experience in information technology and applications development. Currently serving as Applications Development Manager at GNS Science since August 2008, Lynley also held the title of Information Services Manager during a secondment, overseeing a team that provides critical IT infrastructure and services. Prior to GNS Science, Lynley was Data Warehouse Team Leader at the Department of Corrections from May 2006 to July 2008 and Applications Manager at Independent Newspapers Limited from October 1995 to February 2003. Lynley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems from the University of Otago, completed between 1984 and 1986.
