Nicola Ralston has extensive experience in investment management and consulting, currently serving as a Member of the Investment Committee for the King Edward VI Foundation Birmingham and as a Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee for the Institute of Historical Research. Since September 2013, Nicola has held the position of Chairman of the Board at Henderson EuroTrust plc, after joining the board that year. Nicola co-founded PiRho Investment Consulting in October 2008 and served as Director until March 2024, providing advisory services to institutional investors, predominantly UK pension funds and charities. Previous roles include Chair of the Investment Committee at the British Heart Foundation, Director at The Edinburgh Investment Trust Limited, Head of Global Investment Consulting at Hewitt Associates, and consulting at Liability Solutions Ltd. Nicola's commitment to the industry is further evidenced by a long-term involvement with the CFA Institute and CFA UK, including serving as past Chair. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons in History from the University of Oxford.
