Asha Rani has extensive experience in clinical research management, with a current role as Senior Clinical Research Manager at the Institute of Mental Health since November 2017, focusing on epidemiology, qualitative studies, policy-related research, and health service research. Prior to this, Asha served as Research Manager at the National Addictions Management Service from June 2015 to November 2017, where multiple projects aimed to enhance service quality and treatment outcomes. Asha has also held positions as a Research Fellow at the IMCB, involved in skin biology research, and as a Research Assistant during Ph.D. studies at the National University of Singapore, specializing in nanotechnology and toxicology. Asha's educational background includes a Specialist Diploma in Clinical Trial Management and a Ph.D. in Nanotoxicology, along with degrees in Medical Microbiology and Molecular Biotechnology.
