Carolyn Ng

Carolyn Ng is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health and community services. Currently serving as a Case Manager at the Institute of Mental Health since January 2022, Carolyn has previously contributed as a Performance Coach for the Singapore Overwatch World Cup Team, where insights were provided to enhance team dynamics and player morale. Additional roles include Lab Coordinator at the National University of Singapore, focusing on prosocial skills in young children, and various positions at Learning Mastery Pte Ltd, where event coordination and data analysis were key responsibilities. Early experience as an Assistant Community Worker at Beyond Social Services involved conducting community needs assessments. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
